All services offered by Website to APK under SN Digital Hub are strictly non-refundable. Once your APK or AAB file is generated and delivered, the service is considered fully rendered, and no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
Our product involves digital conversion work and technical processing that starts immediately after payment. Since these services are custom-built and delivered digitally, it is not possible to reverse or undo the process, hence refunds cannot be issued.
We make every possible effort to help you get your app published on the Google Play Store. However, Play Store approval depends entirely on Google’s policies and your website’s compliance. Rejections due to policy issues, inappropriate content, or website errors are not eligible for refund.
Once the order is placed and processing has begun, the user cannot cancel or modify it. In rare cases, if the project has not yet been initiated, cancellation requests may be reviewed at our discretion — but once any APK or AAB work begins, it becomes non-cancellable.
